New Student Password Reset

From February 01 2022, a new remote password reset goes live for students. The new system is more secure, is accessible anywhere and does not need you to go through staff to reset.

If you have forgotten your password or it has expired, follow this link to reset.

Your new password will need to be at least 10 digits that include both UPPER and lower case letters as well as numbers and non-alphanumeric characters (@#$%^&). For example, Cl&ph@M$W4.

You cannot repeat a password you have used before but you can add to it For example Cl&ph@M$W42

The new secure reset process needs to be verified through your email and phone number. Currently, these are the ones on your student  record. If these have changed or are not accurate, this stage will not work. You can (once your password has been reset by staff) change the email address/phone number on our systems.

You will be sent two verification codes. The first will go to the email that is on your student record, the second to the mobile phone on your student record.

Once you have entered these, you will get the opportunity to reset your password. This needs to be at least 10 digits to include both UPPER and lower case letters as well as numbers and non-alphanumeric characters (@#$%^&).
